I drank it hot and unsweetened. It is the first time I've not tasted pre-diabetic in over 10 years. I bought it 3 weeks before the last lab. I have not used it every day.

I have some tea bags for brewing loose tea and i found them and put the tea in them. The bags the tea's in aren't big enough to allow the tea to expand. Believe me, it's a different mug of tea when the water can circulate through the tea. It has a better color, it actually has arouma, and much more flavor. I'm using Berberine (liquid) and Green Plantains as well as the Insulin plant tea. I wasn't sure it was helping, but now I know it's made a huge difference. I've totally changed my diet. No sugar, lots of Keto. I was really sick for 2 years. No idea what was wrong, no money and no insurance and no doctor. A friend told me what was going on and I went from really sick to still pretty sick for a couple more years. I lost lots of weight and more inches than I realized. My stomach shrunk. I can only eat very small meals. I have insurance and a doctor now. I still can't wrap my head around weighing 168 and I am still loosing weight... slowly. In the last 4 months I've gone from 172 to.164. I started using this tea on Sept 5 and it's Oct 1. My glucose numbers have gone down every week. I just started taking my glucose numbers on Sept 4. My Aunt gave me her old meter. I've kept a record of meals and numbers and until I looked back at where I started compared to where I am now I didn't get just what a game changer this plant is. The 3 natural remedies I'm using have some overlap. But they also treat some very different things I need to address.

Gives me 15 points drop in glucose level in the morning when I drink a glass of this herb at nighttime. My glucose reading was hovering around 100, now is at low 80.

Tastes like high quality aged Chinese tea. Best drunk with or just after eating, especially dinner. Has virtually no color. Appreciate 3 metallized pouches dividing tea bags into weekly amounts, and freshness retention. Would buy again.
