I've used this product for many years. Love the taste. Quality is good with a high level of marine collagen.

These are dry sachets that need to be mixed with around 200 - 250 ml of liquid, preferably water, as the flavour / taste is strong and very sweet, so it wont really mix with a flavoured drink in my opinion.I've recently tried some premixed sachets and they were slightly easier than this method.Also some conflicting directions, says to be taken on an empty stomach, where other collagen powders i have taken say it is okay with food and water, so i have opted to just take this as a drink before heading to bed, which is the easiest way to follow the gudiance.A good dosage provided and with it being hydrolised, its the most abosrbent variation available, not all collagen powder is hydrolised, so always check for that, when making comparisons, or wanting to continue with the same end product, if this taste is not to your liking.Lots of ways to incorporate collagen into a daily routine, but for me, this one is no issue and the dosage and quality is there, so it will be very simple to stick to taking one of these each night before bed.Worth a look if you interested in collagen powder.

Nice taste hopefully will improve my skin tone

This is the nicest collagen drink. It comes in a powder form and you just mix with water. It has a lovely fresh taste and I really look forward to drinking it. I've been using it for years. My skin is more plumped and hydrated, I also have less joint pain, my hair is thicker and nails are stronger. Love this product and wouldn't be without it.

Collagen is a very important supplement to add to your daily routine, especially if you’re getting older and you want to help your skin look healthy and youthful.I don’t like taking tablets or capsules so these powder sachets are the perfect alternative, they are easy to take and they taste nice with their berry flavour.It is recommended that you mix one sachet with 200-250ml of water or another drink. I have been mixing mine with water, I don’t find they mix that easily, the powder seems to congeal a bit and float around in clumps in the water. It does mix better with tap water rather than bottled cold water but I still need to stir quite vigorously.You get 14 sachets in the box and it is recommended that you take one a day, so these will last for 2 weeks. That does make them quite an expensive supplement to buy, but I have been taking collagen for a while now and I can honestly notice a difference in my skin, it looks much healthier and has a radiant glow.

I am taking this first thing in the morning, but I am unsure how long I should wait before having breakfast. So far, I have been waiting 15 minutes before eating, hoping it will still be effective. I prefer types of collagen that can be mixed into a drink and taken with food, as I find them more convenient. However, this product needs to be taken specifically on an empty stomach, and the taste isn't versatile enough to be added to another drink due to its strong sweet flavour.

Took this for 4 weeks now and I can definitely say I see the difference, my skin and nails feel and look much healthier. This collagen helped in completely reversing some very fine lines I had started to notice over my face. Absolutely brilliant. I recommend this product for anyone wanting to have healthier looking skin and nails.
