Lockable Roof Rack Cross Bars Fit for 2023-2026 Mazda CX-50 CX50

Mazda CX5 2022 : Very nice rack. Good quality material. Looks nice. Ok, so I got to work on attaching the rack (by myself). Laid everything out on the garage floor. The project was fairly easy. Especially if you're good at lining up screws to holes. I had a problem lining them up at first. But I kind of got the hang of it. Good tip I found online is to use electrical tape on top of the screw before using the hex wrench to get the screws in the holes. This prevents them from falling in the slot. of the side rails. I wouldn't suggest doing this project in a hot garage like I did. it made the task a little harder. Because I took many breaks, it took me about 2 1/2 hours. I viewed a few you-tube videos to make it easier to be familiar with the parts and how they attach. The reason I bought this roof rack wasn't because I will necessarily use it to transport items. It was generally an aesthetic purchase. I always see a lot of white CX 5's on the road. I wanted mine to look a little different. My roof rack was delivered very quickly through Amazon. Very satisfied with this purchase.

These are great. I took my OEM bars off and I could not get them back on so I decided to buy a pair on Amazon and these are great. They are flush with the racks. They look really good. They were easy to put on. I've already used them a few times for my paddleboard and they are nice and sturdy. I think they look better than the OEM racks. I didn't need them so big and thick and I also didn't like the silver. The black looks much more sleek.

The bars and mounting hardware arrived complete and in good condition. The instructions were easy to follow and the bars fit well. I do wish that the instructions would have contained torque settings for the bolts so I didn't chance stripping them. Overall I am pleased with the quality and fit.

I am giving this 5 stars based on the quality and for the looks of the side rails. The side rails are made of aluminum and the piano black finish is flawless. It has a very nice rubber seal that gets pulled into the track when tightened. The hardware kit for the side rails is also very nice and comes with stainless bolts and brackets. For the cross bars, I did not install them and they are made of some type of nonmagentic base metal that is not aluminium, they come with a black powder coated finish. I am not sure how these would hold up for long term use, but my experience with this type of finish has not been good. If I ever need the cross bars I would only use them for a short duration.

Roof rack arrived quickly and was just what I was hoping for. Easy to install and they look great and seem very good quality.

Easy to install and seemingly well made. I’ve had the cross bars on the car for three weeks and did have an issue with one of the lock covers coming loose and flapping around while driving. I’m hoping it won’t be a recurring issue.

Ces barres transversales sont extrêmement solides et très bonne fabrication, s’installent très facilement sur mon Mazda CX50. La barre la plus longue va à l’avant du véhicule et la barre la plus courte à l’arrière, avec les serrures intégrées cela rend ces barres très sécuritaire… du moins beaucoup plus compliqué à voler. De plus, suffisamment de place pour ouvrir le toit ouvrant… super! Je recommande fortement ces barres car elles sont à moitié du prix de l’original Mazda et mieux conçu que les barres Mazda.

I had some trouble figuring out which one is front and which one is back since they are not the same length but after reading tha manual 😄 I did it.

Maintenant 1 an que je les ai et je ne suis toujours pas certaine que mes 2 kayaks de 40 lbs soit en sécurité sur le toît. Les barres courbent avec leur poids. De plus, les embouts en plastiques ont changés de tons, ils sont rendus gris pâles.
