The media could not be loaded. I upgraded my older Superbox to this up to date one and it's just perfect. Cable has been cut for 3 years now. The price is great compared to cable bills. You don't have to worry about hiking prices. Easy to install. It comes with extra gifts but the box it's self is amazing. It comes with a separate set of instructions that is self explanatory on how to get your channels running properly please read and follow them they are important. The seller is great at customer service. Great product.

It took my husband minutes to st it up. There are so many channels and so easy to use.

I did a lot of research on these boxes before I made the decision on the Superbox Max pro. The only difference between pro and elite is the color of the box and the price. Both are the same box. I dont have any problems with freezing. And it performs like its supposed to with 1618 channels and thousands of on demand titles both in tv series and in movies. It was very easy to setup with the included instructructions and watching videos on rumble. And youtube. Rumble shows more of what you are getting. The remote takes a little getting used too but its still very simple. Well when you consider paying $147 dollars a month for a fraction of the channels from a cable company or you pay $359 one time for a lot more channels to watch. If you can name the channel its there except maybe your locals unless you live in a major city. If you live in a major city then its a good possibility your locals are there. Im not but if your a sports fan Superbox has you covered. Every Sporting event you can name is in there for any and all sports. Even the PPV sports. Only PPV sports Ill be watching will be UFC and Wrestling but everything is there. I promise you you wont be disappointed. I almost didnt buy because of the price but like I said I was able to cut my cable down to just my locals and after I get an antenna Ill be cutting the cord completely. If you are about to pull the trigger to purchase this box go right ahead and do it.If you want the adult channels dont get this box its in the Vsee box. I dont want adult channels is why I chose the Superbox. I dont want children being able to watch adult programming.UPDATE: I was wrong about the only difference between this box and the elite is the color. The elite has more apps that also have porn in them. They have the same extra apps that the vesee elite has. So if you want more apps and the adult then get the elite version of this or the vesee elite box. They are pretty much the same. I have this box and 2 of the vesee elite boxes and I prefer tye vesee elite box although I dont like the porn but I enjoy the part about every channel on the vesee elite having an epg for it. With this box I cant see whats on the channel unless I change the epg guide to the new one instead of the classic. I ended up selling this box and getting buyers remorse for it after I found all the channels the vesee elite has. The vesee elite even has my locals in my small town.

This is my third box that I’ve purchased. Two for home and one for the road. They work great. Do they buffer every once in a while , yes, but when I tell myself I’m no longer paying Directv $180 a month I don’t mind. I travel a lot and decided to take one on the road with me. Best thing I could have done. No more “hotel cable”. I just plug it in, connect to the WiFi and away I go. It’s like being at home. It takes some getting use to since you don’t have rewind or pause but once you get over that you will enjoy saving the $$$

I have two of the super box 4 and they are good for all the channels that you can get but you have to be patient and learn that they are not as easy as the ones you pay a lot of money for on the streaming company's . This one that i bought from this person was not working as well as the s box 4 and had Little product support. The return on this one was a 35 minute drive to another town to a whole food market and this was the only place to return it. At first, I just wanted to exchange it but after I decided to go to Amazon to return it. They didn't have any way to return it to a place where it was closer to me as i have done before, many options like USPS, UPS, KOHL'S. There are options on where if you want this item, may have to search but I would recommend not to use this person.

I was hesitant to buy but this product is Awesome!!!! Easy to set up with directions seller sent with it …. Or even just a YouTube video…I recommend you get one …. I am thinking about buying another one….

I was tired of paying for satellite service. This box is amazing!!! So far no issues. Love it
