the overall of this product is very well to cook rice noodle, the tray wall thickness is good, no curving at cooking temperature, the top opening cover provide convenience to refill the water tank. the only concern is that there will be rusty at some spot especially at the welding spots just after the 1st usage and if the bottom plate thickness can be made with thicker material will be better since it will be heated by gas/electrical range.

The machine gets messy to use when I was making the rice noodle. Wish it has better instruction on how to make the flour for the rice noodle. At least I was not successful. It took me 2 hours to get a batter of the flour water to work. It originally came out really thick and not eatable.
