I am very satisfied with this Y&H 10KW 48V inverter. It runs stably, provides a pure sine wave, is easy to connect, has a clear menu, and the build quality is excellent.But the most important thing is the seller’s service. I had a non-standard question about parallel connection and compatibility with my system, and no one else could help me, not even forums or other sellers. I contacted this seller, and they responded very quickly, thoroughly, and to the point, helping me understand and set everything up correctly. Now my system runs reliably, and I am saving on electricity every day.Special thanks for their patience and willingness to help even after the purchase. 3 months into it now. I love it. High quality, clear instructions and relatively quiet with fans running. Simple for solar, high voltage series setup. I have two minor issues. 2 gauge wire is all your going to get in there. It's all I needed but it's tight. It is about an inch thicker than stated which almost got it returned. Fortunately I figured it out. LED is dim during bright sunlight and bright at night. I would definitely purchase again.

Arrived in a NON WORKING condition. Upon un boxing and installation it was visibly tampered with. Atleast one bare wire the controls the fan(s). When hooking up, it sounds a buzzer and an error code of 01 and does not produce power. This leads me to believe I have been sent an inverter that had been returned previously. I contacted Amazon and im being told I must wait 30 days for them to process a return. While, I understand things have a process and usually for good reason... leaving people stuck with basically a 400 dollar expense for that long is not acceptable.

Works really well does exactly what it says and is made out of really good material it feels more expensive than it actually is will recommend

This inverter lists load of promising features that do actually work but only for few days. That's when it quickly starts exhibiting unusual behavior like sudden high residual AC voltage readings at the battery terminals, batteries start to drain under no load, failure to charge batteries, etc. I've thoroughly and methodically tested each setting to rule out any user error on my part. The only way to fix the problem is to reset the inverter back to factory, then again within few days same issue. My guess: I think there is a sudden DC power mismatch on the charging side. I decided to return the unit as I don't think this is a safe product.

This inverter has been working fine for me. Tested out on a washing machine, gas dryer, fridge, 1500W induction cook top, all without issues. Got 1KW panels 10kWh lifepo4 batteries wired to it.Only issue is the power outputs and inputs are a little noisy (RF emissions).Adding common mode chokes and ferrite beads fixes the issues. The other thing is it will cycle if the inverter is off and the panel can't provide enough power at dawn.Leaving it on or disconnecting the panels keep it from cycling.
