Size and quality or refund issue
I ordered this product, but the quality is very poor and the fabric is absolutely terrible. When we place an order on Amazon, they charge the full amount, but when it comes to refunds, they deduct money. I paid ₹502 for this product, but they are only refunding ₹488. This has happened to me before as well.

Medium quality bag, colour not bright as the photos
Overall it's a moderate quality bag: seems not very durable. It's hard and stiff, chains are not very smooth. Color is not bright as shown in the photos. The size is perfect. The bag has 2 separate compartments. Not very bad as a gift but it is highly overpriced (MRP: 1499!!). I purchased it for ₹527 but it's worth around ₹300.
