Adhesive is poor
The item appears as the add says, but has some issues. First issue, the rubber is very stiff, second the 3M adhesive isn't very tacky and hasn't held up in the summer heat over the past few hours that it as been installed. I used this item in a lock box for my Jet ski trailer; the surface is smooth, dry, flat, clear of debris and out of direct sun. I used alcohol to clean/prep the lock box surface before installing this. Like I said, it's only been installed for less than a day and the adhesive isn't sticking very well.
