this product made me lose 2 inches off my waist, when I first put it on it was kinda hard to breathe but I kind of get used to it. it’s an all right product!

I really like the concept however it would have helped if the belt was a little wider. It tends to separate once you move around around and bend and twists. Definitely couldn't see myself comfortably wearing it and the gym. Also you'd need a loose top to avoid the velcro end.

This is garbage, I trusted the brand Yianna because Ive bought several products from them. But this band is garbage. When trying on - the band folded it didnt keep shape, it didnt stay put. the velcro is is in an place - unless i stretched the band to its capacity was i able to attach the velco - its not to the normal Yianna standard.
