I've heard good things about this product and purchased it. It arrived today and looks in good working order. I've got it charged and ready to go. However, the flashlight does not work and I can't figure out how to power it down so as to not lose power when not in use. UPDATE: I made a quick and easy return and had a new one with a working flashlight and the power down button works.

Inflator failed after fourth use.
The inflator started clattering and stopped working on the third or fourth use. It was used to inflate car tires. It was never used as a jump starter. Unfortunately this happened after the Amazon return period.

Battery charge isn't great
Used it to pump up a tire. Took it about 5 minutes to add 20psi. After that, the charged went from 100% down to 20%. So yeah that charge really isn't worth much. Haven't had need to jump anything yet though.

Defective product
Bought this product in May and battery discharges quickly as the charge does not remain on item.
