Disappointment
Completely useless lock. Basic features advertised on Amazon like temporary password do not work. That puts security of the entire house at risk. Filed a complaint for the same and their service men have zero idea on how to resolve it. The sole purpose of a smart lock is security and this lock fails miserably at that

Good overall but a few flaws
The lock is very functional and looks good. Setup is quite easy. The most used unlocking modes are fingerprint and passcode, which work quite well. Remote unlocking feature is quite disappointing. There is no unlocking just like that - someone has to request through the lock. Not sure why this basic feature got missed out. Also, there is no clear notification that comes up on the mobile when someone requests for door access (using 0#) on the keypad. Without the alert this feature is quite useless and you cannot keep a watch on the door app all the time. One other problem is that the digital keypad (which is kept turned off to save battery), is quite difficult to wake up. Ideally proximity to keypad should be sufficient but here no amount of hand waving wakes it up. Again, makes it quite useless for a new person (or a senior citizen) accessing the door lock. Maybe they should have used a physical keypad instead of a digital one.

Smooth installation and deep features
Installation was pretty smoothly handled by the technician Venkata Chary, thanks to him and his service. Product itself came with many usable features, that left me at ease in handling security at home
