Just got this today. Downloaded the app and followed the instructions in the user manual. Tried writing to the device and the app keeps closing saying it has a bug. Tried reinstalling the app and had the same issue. Tried to go to the website in the manual to contact tech support but the website doesn't exist. I'm putting it in my outgoing shipments tomorrow first thing so I can make sure to get my money back.

This is a tricky product. The app is useless and keeps crashing. It cannot be run on my phone, but does work on my son's. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24. So it isn't as if my phone is outdated. I am glad it worked on my son's phone, despite the 1.0 play store rating. Clearly Hypertag has some bugs to work out, but otherwise works if you can get the app to. I now have all new villagers on my island on Animal Crossing New Horizons for much less than the price of amiibos or other alternatives. The design itself is nice.

I downloaded the app before I ever purchased the device itself. Based on how simple the app was to navigate and use and all the time it was going to save me to search and download the Amiibo bit files I said to hell with it and bought the device. There are cheaper devices out there but none that I saw that were a one stop shop with their own app. Since I was buying this for my kids to use I wanting something simple where they were not going to bug me endlessly to add more and more bit files. The app looks great and the device itself is pretty cool looking as well. After the first use I realized that I could not have chosen a better product, it doesnt get any simpler to use than this its as simple as pressing a button. Its the perfect size nice and compact but not too small where you are going to easily misplace it. The clip mechanism to keep it attached to the controller for ease of use is genius.

Picked up the HYPERTAG NFC Tag to use with my Switch, and it’s been fantastic so far! The packaging was solid, and it even comes with a USB-C charging cord. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Just download the app, update it, and boom—you’re good to go. I was a little worried about the app's ratings on the App Store, but most of the complaints were old. The recent updates seem to have fixed all the issues. The app is really handy. You can search for the game you’re playing, then look for the specific amiibo within that game. I found Daisy under Mario Odyssey, and she worked perfectly! Once you choose your amiibo, just hit "write," and the hypertag beeps to confirm it’s done. Tap the hypertag to your controller, and it works like a charm! For my Pro Controller, the NFC sensor is in the center, so the clip actually fits perfectly there. And it’s awesome how fast you can update the NFC on the app and have it sync right to the hypertag. One of my favorite features is that you can “write” multiple amiibo to the hypertag and then put your phone away. You can cycle through the amiibos just by tapping the power button on the hypertag itself—so convenient, and it works great! All in all, this thing is amazing for anyone looking to simplify their amiibo setup!

Bought this to use with Animal Crossing and get villagers I wanted, it works great and is so easy to use. There was an issue where one villager wasn’t on their animal crossing data but I emailed them and they got right back to me explaining that villager was in the camper van area, went there and there he was! Awesome I recommend this item 👍🏻

Simple, small, stylish. The iOS app is easy to use and has a clean, ad-free interface. Don't spend the money on an amiibo emulator with a screen or C2032 batteries - this has all the features you need and is rechargeable. I use this with my "retro" 3DSXL and WiiU gamepad and it works flawlessly. I'll be glad to have this when I finally "Switch Too" the newest Nintendo.

Ufff la verdad al principio dude de la comprá pero cuando lo puse en uso en la nintendo switch quedé sorprendido, y lo bueno que es ilimitado uff la mejor compré que he hecho ❤️
