I have been taking these capsules for 6 months after this brand was recommended to me by my primary physician. So far taking this product has helped me get my period back on a regular cycle. I was skipping a month and my OGBYN recommended this product to me. The only downsize of this product is how big the pills are, but I can just easily swallow them with taking big sips of water. I’m really happy with these. I alternate between the capsule version and the cherry chewable version that Legendairy also offers. They help to keep my cycles regular, balance my blood sugar, and I’ve also seen some improvements in my skin - no more breakouts! I first learned about the amazing benefits of myo d chiro inositol from the book Making More Milk when I was pregnant with my second baby. It was such a gamechanger in helping to keep my blood sugar balanced (didn’t get gestational diabetes this time) and I took it while breastfeeding as well to help support my milk supply. 10/10 recommend
