Pacific Foods, Broth Bone Chicken Black Garlic Shiitake Organic, 32 Ounce (Pack of 2)

This is one of the better tasting bone broths I've tried. The chicken with garlic & mushroom has a great flavor and is a great base for soup or just sipping on its own. It's not very salty at all so most will likely want to add a pinch of salt. I've been making a healthy low fat soup with this broth and the whole family really enjoys it. Consists of the bone broth, pinch of garlic salt, ground black pepper, table spoon cold-pressed avocado oil, fresh basil leaves ground up, pieces of chicken (either from rotisserie or boneless breast), 2 hard boiled eggs sliced up. The price of the bone broth has increased, so I'm not thrilled about that but then again so has most every other consumer good and food product. Just the times we're living in unfortunately.

This is a really tasty broth both for just sipping on its own hot, or added to soups. It’s become a pantry staple for me.

I really wish they made a low sodium version of this flavor. It does taste great, and is healthier than many other brands. It’s a perfect substitute for plain water and salt when making rice in an instant pot or rice maker. The extra protein over regular broth is a big plus too. I also drink a large coffee cup in the evening to help me meet my protein goals for the day, if my sodium intake allows it.

This has gone up in price. Amazon is actually cheaper than target for this item. Versatile with a good flavor. Not bland at all. Love the protein boost in my cooking. Can function as an oil replacement for some dishes, makes ramen and other carb heavy dishes more balanced, etc
