Exceptional truffle oil
I find this oil to be very tasty, with a medium to mild truffle flavor, not overpowering (probably due to the slivers of โrealโ black truffles floating around in the oil). I think the fact that it has cold pressed extra virgin olive oil gives it a longer life and keeps the quality very high. It smells earthy, like truffles and olives. I love mixing a little of this oil with my homemade olive tapenades and to drizzle over my crusty breads. Adds the perfect flavor to late night snacks. I really love the bottle that it comes in - something that can be reused over and over (or you can just put a candle in it for a romantic dinner setting). Based on some of the other โhigh endโ truffle oils, this one is a real bargain for its flavor profile and quantity. It comes in a slightly larger size than most of the other brands too.

Truffle Oil Must
Got for our son for Valentine's Day- he's an at home chef. It was a great value for the gift. The flavor wasn't as full of truffle as some others we love but for the value it was right on!

More marketing than taste value (with update)
The best by date was 25195 which is probably mid 2025 so it was expired. Not returnable. It's still a usable olive oil but not strongly truffle flavored. It has 98.5% EVOO and 1% flavoring. The other 0.5% must be be the 2 small pieces of black truffle. Not worth the money if you are looking for either lots of truffle flavor or just a good olive oil. Cute bottle I guess. Update: I've come to quite like this product. It does have a nice subtle truffle flavor and it goes a long way. The bottle limits the dispensing of the oil in a good way.

Excellent Taste
Definitely wanted to review this one. Was a great value for the money, high quality, and tasted fantastic. I have been trying different Truffle Oils to find the best one and this by far has been the best. Very strong Truffle Smell and Taste and only takes a few drops on a Roma Tomato to make a fantastic appetizer. You won't go wrong buying this one. My whole family loves it and it is a pretty good value for the amount you get considering what others cost. As for buying again I have already added two more to my cart.
