This stuff seriously knocks it out of the park! I’ve taken sleep supplements before, but this one hits all the right notes. It helps me relax without feeling groggy or foggy the next day (i take a one pill half-dose). I take one every night. I feel that it really does help me sleep better. They are a wee bit smelly, but there’s no taste.

I don’t feel is as strong as I want. But I slept 6 hours in a row ! Easy to swallow

This stuff is the bomb! Due to a diagnosis of breast cancer, I was immediately taken off all HRT which included me sleeping well. Oh what a disaster! My doctor prescribed a drug for sleeping but it constipated me. THEN I found this product! At first I didn't have any results. THEN, I realized this is an herbal product (not a prescription) so your body has to get used to it and absorb it. THEN, I experimented with how much time I had to allow from the time I took the pills until I was actually ready for sleep. (For me, I take the pills 2 hours before bedtime). Anyway, I hung in there (once again, realizing this product is herbal and NOT a prescription drug) and I am now getting my (usual) 7-8 hours of good sleep again. Forget the smell (hold your nose if you have to!) -- the result is really GREAT sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready to go to the gym and run. :-)

This is the only non-habit forming/ all natural pill that has worked for me. Infact it works miracles. I have been having sleep issues for the last 8 months due to a combination of multiple factors including covid, stress, anxiety, depression, body aches and loss of family. I did not want anything that is habit forming and addictive. So I researched online and found some natural remedies. I tried lavender candles & chamomile tea which relaxed me a bit but then I spent the whole night running to the bathroom. I tried Melatonin 10mg for over two weeks but it did not work for me. I tried ZZZquil which is basically Diphenhydramine HCI and that worked for the first few days and after that it would not work unless I doubled the dosage which I did not want to continue as I already have addiction issues. Finally after doing some more research online and reading about Valerian I gave this product a try as it also has Turmeric in there. I was not too optimistic but by god has this been the best product ever. I thought it would take atleast a week or so for my system to get used to it. But by day 2, I was sleeping like a baby. I take 2 pills 1 hour before bed and it truly works miracles. I sleep restfully through the night and I wake up refreshed without the groggy feeling from ZZZquil. I have been with amazon for the last 9 years and I've barely written less than 5 reviews but I had to write a review for this as it has changed my life. I now sleep peacefully, wake up refreshed, have energy to go on walks and just feel so good and peaceful.

It helped me fall asleep just fine, but for some reason it triggers night sweats. I am post menopausal and haven't had night sweats in years. I even tried swapping nights of not taking it and then taking it. Temperature the same in house etc. but each night I took it, I had horrible night sweats. The nights I took nothing, no night sweats. I wish I could take it, but it's not working for me.

Works just as described. I feel relaxed in the evening after taking it an hour before bed. Ive noticed that I’ve been sleeping better since taking it for the last 2 months. I recommend this to anyone struggling with their sleep.
