The chocolate coating was discolored having a whitish color. It had the appearance of being old or when a temperature change occurred. Some of the cookies when opened were found to be out of its tray. The cookie box itself was dented in the corners and you could hear the cookies moving around when unpacked. Lastly, there was no expiration date on the box. Buyer beware because there is no return policy on this item. I am giving this a zero rating.
