Have been taking this for the past couple of months and can say it has made such a difference with my brain fog issue and alertness!! I did notice though myself becoming quite sleeping around about 5pm-ish but had to train myself to push my body through it and somehow not experiencing that sleepiness anymore!! I feel like the supplement has helped also with sleep quality, just now need to train myself to put in boundaries around time I go to sleep and the use of my phone whilst trying to get to sleep. I feel with supplements just like being on any medication regime one's motivation to make changes in one's lifestyle is key also.Have now gotten my husband onto lions mane, so if you're able to lower the price that would be great haha!!
