They make a difference
I’ve been taking these multivitamins consistently and I’m very pleased with the results. They’re easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad aftertaste, which is a huge plus. After a few weeks, I noticed improved energy levels and just an overall better sense of well-being. Pleasantly surprised energy
I think its crazy after the first day taking these vitamins I had so much energy and absolutely no stomach upset. I always heard that liquid vitamins are the way to go. I love that these are liquid capsules because there is less mess this way. Im very pleased! I most likely will get a subscription to save more monthly.

Best Vitamin I've had
These feel far more effective than the Centrum I've been taking for years, possibly b/c they're liquid. I feel more energetic, I feel a difference with my nails growing healthy & my skin's been improving. The only downside is these are pretty large pills to swallow.

Overall Good vitamin
The ingredients list is all that you would look for in a vitamin for decent pricing. No bad taste or after taste, easy to swallow. Not sure if it’s from these or not but I have noticed neon yellow urine and delayed menstrual cycle

Easily digested, more effective
I like this product very much. It seems to work better than other vitamins I've tried and I believe it's because it's liquid inside the capsules. When I but tablets, they don't get digested and exit whole in my poop. Sorry to be so graphic, but for me at least, tablets are a waste of money, and I've read it's the case for many people. I also like the list of ingredients, and the size of the capsules is very easy to swallow.

Effective so far
So far, I like these alot. I feel like I have more energy. Pretty easy to swallow. Love that they are made in the USA. Purchase the one for men also for my husband!
