These are pretty good for the price. I got these because in-ear earbuds (the rubbery kind that completely plug up your ear canal), which can have higher sound quality, are uncomfortable for me. I knew ahead of time that earbuds shaped like these Soundpeats are more comfortable for me, and sure enough these are quite comfortable. I can wear them for a long time with no issue. The sound quality is solid but not anything to write home about, which is as good as you can hope for with these types of earbuds at this price. They pair easily and quickly with my phone. The battery life isn't great, but they do charge quickly to compensate for that. The controls that let you tap on the earbuds to pause, change volume, etc are nice to have but sometimes miss inputs when you tap them too lightly, so I often just use the controls on my phone instead. The most annoying issue is that after a few months of consistent use, they now occasionally suddenly stop playing music. After a few seconds one ear comes back, and after a few more the other ear does. Not sure why this happens. It's pretty rare but obviously shouldn't happen at all. It's probably happened 3 to 5 times over the last month or two. Edit: Their customer support has been very helpful and gave me a refund because of the issue I was having. Good customer service makes up for issues like these!

UPDATE: I've been using these for a few months and still agree with everything I wrote below. I'm taking a star away because it's super awkward getting these in and out of the case, it's just a poor design and a daily frustration. -- I'm an iPhone user but Apple loses me at the cost of their earbuds, my hearing is not good enough to justify something that is easily lost and with a limited life span either way. I've been using Soundpeats True Air 2 earbuds for a couple of years for work from home and Teams meetings. They were adequate, and have been reliable all of this time. The sound quality was just OK but serviceable for work from home duties. The Air3 Deluxe HS (mouthful) is a huge upgrade both in audio quality as well as microphone quality (based on test recordings). I wouldn't have considered the older Soundpeats good enough for music listening, but these are definitely good enough. The bass is way more pronounced and just the quality of sound - during calls team members sound like they are in the same room. Great earbuds for the price!

I've been using wireless earbuds for a couple hours every day since the original airpods, and these are my favorites. Reviewing them feels a little boring because they are just a bit better in every way that matters than the previous pair I had (an earlier model from SoundPeats in the same series). These fit my ears a little better, they are a little lighter, they start up and connect quite a bit faster (a small thing but it makes them a lot nicer to use), and the battery life is great. The one con I found was that the auto-pause feature (automatically pauses when you pull one out of your ear) is a little too sensitive on mine and it kept pausing randomly while I was out walking. I installed the app and disabled that feature, which fixed the problem for me. Personally I find that feature a little gimmicky so I'm not sad to have it disabled, but you may have a different opinion. I'm not really a fan of the gold inlay coloring (I'd prefer something more understated) but it's not something I really care about. I've had this pair for a month or so and I love them so far. The sounds quality is great, they are a little louder than my previous pair, and they are a reasonable price for something I use so much.

To start off with, I really like the sound quality of the SOUNDPEATS Air3. Very comparable to other high end models for a fraction of the cost. If that were the only part of the review, they would be a solid 4*. I owned the previous model, and the case had a much better design than this. The Air3 case has a matte finish. I keep these in my pocket most of the time and the case has started to stain to the colors of my pants pockets. It might be difficult to see in the photo, but I didn’t have this issue with the previous generation. Also, either a screw came loose or a spring broke and my the case now sounds like a baby rattle. On top of that, whatever is rolling around in there must get stuck next to the battery, because this case will randomly get very warm to the touch. I will likely look into a replacement sooner rather than later. I’m hoping I just got a dud and others aren’t having similar problems. UPDATE: the SOUNDPEATS customer service team is doing a great job working with me to resolve the issue. UPDATE 2: SOUNDPEATS customer service did an excellent job of working with me to resolve the issue. After two emails with a rep and sending some pics and video of the issue, this company stood by their warranty and shipped me a replacement unit. Outstanding!!!

I was quite impressed with Apple's Air Pods 2 and did not expect that amount of quality from wireless open style ear buds. Since I prefer using androids and did not want to stick to any specific phone branded earphones I started looking out for alternatives. I took the risk and bought these and boy these are amazing! Cons: * Sound Peats Software compatibility has a lot of room for improvement; some androids will have difficulty making the App work. Even though the App isn't essential to use the buds (no noise cancellation for this version), the custom equalizer made an enormous difference to the audio quality. By default, the equalizer is quite balanced, but I find myself being a bit more needy in the bass department. Also, the App has the facility to turn off the physical touch controls on the buds which I don't prefer to use anyway. Pros: *Audio quality and loudness is fantastic, up there with Airpods 2 at least which is a great achievement. *Battery life and charging is easy (usb type c) *Build quality is acceptable for the price. *Also, in the works well with video & voice calls, with both single bud and dual, the mic quality is very decent. Overall, excellent job Sound Peats team! I highly recommend this product.
