This is a big boy so make sure you have some help getting this in the window. Installation is pretty easy if you follow the directions. I got this unit for my mom's bedroom/dressing room. It cools the space easily and does it without much noise. She like the app to control the unit before coming upstairs for the evening, it works well and is easy enough for an older person who is not tech savvy. Highly recommend this unit.

I ordered two of these cuz the first one came so dented it was unusable the second one also came dented as well and one of the little fan out panes to the side came totally cracked too. The second one at least works we had a hammer out some sides to make it work it's quiet efficient it works well I just really wish it didn't come dented both times and we had a straighten out some fins too on the inside of it you also have to do quite a bit assembling of it yourself. I would recommend this if it didn't come dented and just note that it might take about 2 hours to put together

12K BTU. fantastic. had a noisey standard AC that I replaced. Yes this is more $$ than a standard AC, BUT its inverter compressor so its super quiet, its strong and cools my 600 sqft aprt down nice and steady. Can direct air 2 seperate directions, and uses a standard 120v wall outlet (US customer). easily connects to wifi and has schedules etc in app. a great purchase. Its heavy to make sure you have help installing.

Giving it 4 stars because i would have liked to see a auto function on the fan speed and the modes. Also the installation is somewhat involved but i believe that to be the case, because it is a big air conditioner. Overall, it is great, it's quiet and cools well. The app works well also. A/C came undamaged as well.

out of all the ACs I've had the two brands that lasted as long as they did were LG and Frigidaire, but I'm more impressed with LG inverter technology, a normal summer where the AC would be left on all day would have been $300 to the bill but with the energy efficiency of this AC it only contributes to like $90 to $180 on minimum usage, and at maximum usage $200 to $230, which is a drastic improvement overall, to get the most of out this AC its more efficient to set it at a temperature that everyone is comfortable and leave it on, turning it on and off is a trap as when you turn it on the AC will pull the most energy, just an FYI.

When other reviews said this is a pain to install they werent kidding. You have to completely disassemble the unit, pull the compressor and everything out to install. The grill, control panel, side curtains to seal off to the window, everything is shipped in pieces and you have to put it all together. The black plastic snap in guides on the bottom both broke while trying to pop them in as well and are a terrible design. Unit is quiet and cools but thats about the only pro about this unit!

I have 2 of these units now, different sizes. They are both amazing. Efficient, quiet and effective. When the old AC in my shop wears out I will be getting one of these to replace it. Definitely recommend.

Installation was a nightmare. I was ready to throw it out the window. Came with a broken piece. Works nice though.
