Great but. Sturdy, easy to install and work perfectly. Just what our garage needed.

No recommended instructions - see picture for 'instructions' (Sorry it's wrinkled...I threw it away). I wasn't sure how far apart to space the vertical rails or how deep to drill the hole(s) for the Tapcon cement wall anchors. Talking to a Lowes associate helped with the anchors and I just figured 40" between the vertical rails would work for me. Once I figured out what I was doing it took maybe 20 minutes to actually install it. Otherwise, it really was very easy to install them and I'm happy with the quality. I still have a bunch of lumber to load but if I had the room and needed to install another one, I would happily purchase a second set. Install Tip - I drilled the top hole (left side) and then used my level to mark the second top hole (right side). I then loosely installed the TOP anchor on both units, letting them hang. Using my level, I made sure it was vertically plumb, held it to the wall and drilled holes two and three. I then loosely screwed in the other anchors finally tightening them all down. Worked like a charm. Could I have built one out of lumber that did the same thing? Sure, but my time is a limited commodity and the price is reasonable. ORDERED A SECOND ONE! July 1, 2020 I recently purchased a wood lathe that came with a good supply of bowl blanks and needed someplace to store them off the floor. I was happy with the quality, construction, ease of installation and of course price that it was a no-brainier to get another one. I highly recommend this storage system. I've attached a picture of the two units.

I would have given it 5 stars but the mounting screws that came with this system are garbage. Screwing it into a stud made it snap, see pic. I used 3” exterior screws instead. But man it works great otherwise. Will buy again someday.

Just finished basement workshop and was looking for a better way to store long pieces of wood. Was fairly easy to figure out how to setup and install on unfinished storage area. Hubby is happy to get the wood off the floor and in a area where he can now access it easier. Also keeps the longer pieces from warping by have a straight storage area to keep them. He got two sets and the setup works great for his needs.

No instructions so I ended up mounting these upside down and am left with 2 extra bars. That's fine. I'm not gonna flip them around because they still work the exact same way and I don't need a higher shelf. If I ever do, I'll do it then. But I have a crazy amount of storage in my garage/shop the way it is. Don't mind the clutter. I'm installing all of the new storage and that side of the room is the "have to sort" pile. These are excellent and I'm super happy with them. They also match the colors I painted last summer which is cool. I was missing one rubber grommet spacer, but again it's fine. I just wish these things were paid more attention to. Finally, save yourself a headache, throw the screws that come with it in the trash and use your own. I didn't use an impact or even a drill after the first one. 3 out of 3 snapped off even with pilot holes drilled. These are penny screws. All you need is a decent screw. I honestly don't know where you can buy screws that are this bad in quality and can't imagine what they could be used for if they can't withstand the force of my Hulk wrists. Little difficult to put up myself, but not too bad. I would purchase again for sure

After reading the reviews about this product, I purchased two sets. Hung them on the back of my shed. Like most of the reviews, I too found the mounting screws to weak. Installed them using 3 inch exterior wood screws.

seems like there are a lot of vendors making these lumbar racks. Fortunately they all seem to be identical in terms of measurements, or at least the ones I have purchased seem to have been. These seem to be of equal quality to those that I have purchased before. No complaints. Easy to install. If you are installing these, do yourself a favor and buy a laser level if you do not own one. Makes the install much more straightforward and quick

I bought 2 sets so it wouldn't bow the wood. They are sturdy and do a great job.

Sp easy to organize my supply of lumber. Have quite bit of mill cut pine boards that needed to be stored, they pretty much took up the entire second floor of my shop. Bought a bunch of these, so nice to have room to move around now. Easy to assemble, slick design and hold a lot of 8'-12' 2x4, 2x6 and 2x10. Only problem is now I have more room to buy more lumber lol

Installed a set of these in my garage last weekend. Kit came complete with everything it said it was supposed to. I'm going to buy 2 more pairs so I can properly support 12'-16' lengths of lumber (with 4 racks) as well as install another pair below the first pair so I have a total of 12 racks vertically for 8' lengths. Install was easy. As other have mentioned it would be nice if they provided proper lags to install but that's not the end of the world. I used 3/8" x 8" GRK Structural Screws and the large head provided the perfect support on these racks. It does come with small diameter (#6?) screws and some sort of drywall anchors but these would never hold in anything but a stud. The kit DID come with instructions although this isn't exactly rocket science. Overall great value, great strength, easy to install if you've got a head on your shoulders. Just buy your own fasteners and you're set.

No directions but was easy to install. Strong, loaded up with wood already.
