Thin think bands love
So I thought that these would be wider and thinner but I guess that's a strap? Either way these bands are very nice. So far they have not popped, this happened to my last one, they appear to be of high quality especially for the price. They have lots of band resistance options. I have a hard time with the lowest band. Absolutely love that they come with a carry bag and a big chart that I was able to put on the wall for easy reference. The chart shows all types of exercises and help to make the band very functional and help ensure you'll use them. I will likely keep the chart for a long long time. All together this is a really great buy.

Big bang for your bucks!
Great home equipment for the price! These bands are sturdy and offer a variety of options for all stages of fitness. There are 4 brightly colored, different thickness bands. They come with 2 bar handles and a stop roller for the door. Also included is a drawstring pouch to easily store your equipment. It comes with a great in color poster to pin up on the wall with pictures demonstrating how to perform exercises for each muscle group. I would say these can be used from the beginner who is just trying out isometric exercise for the first time, to the guy or gal with the big guns!

Really nice set for the price. Really like the workout chart is a great tool to help with how to use the bands. The resistance is good beginners. I’m very impressed this set. Comes with a bag to keep everything together.

Seems ok… but missing a crucial piece… the door attachment.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The item was on sale. Value is decent. BUT…. It was missing the door attachment. Sending back… probably not. I’ll come up with something for over the door or maybe the seller can send me that part, I’m not going to hold my breath
