Don't see a QR Code, but there is plenty of info (exp date, govt warning etc) to indicate it is the real thing. I have used it repeatedly without any failure (most often used to secure the front site of a Glock).

what is the expiration date on the bottle?

Its well known that anerobic sealer/adhesive/retaining compounds cannot be stored in FULL bottles. If full, product would cure. They MUST not be more than 1/3 tio 1/2 full. The amount listed is the amount within.
