I like the design of this cup but the bottom, plastic part of the straw, cracked before we even used the cup the first time. I did not like that there were no instructions or pictures of how the straw was supposed to insert into the lid. I love that this cup is leak proof when tipped over. I don't like that the lid is sometimes difficult to put on straight and tight with the rubber seal. This cup holds ice well and a decent amount of liquid for little hands. I like the handle for added comfort. There is a lifetime warranty on this product which is great, but I have not had time to figure out how to go about getting a replacement straw. Good product at an affordable price.

I bought two of these for my oldest grand daughter who wants to always drink my my cup. She loves them. At first I had a hard time getting the lid to screw on but I think it was because of the length of the straw, once I pushed it up further it went on pretty easily. Also I couldn’t figure out how the straw went because there aren’t any instructions but I finally figured out that you have to put the silicon piece on top of the harder plastic piece & then push it up through the hole on the cup, this way it doesn’t leak. It’s a bit hard to push up through but I have found if I put the straw together first & then push it through it’s easier. Also make sure the lid is on tight because it will pop off if dropped as I have found out. My grand daughter is only 2 so paying attention at the table is still being worked on. She it knocked off & it hit the floor & popped right off, I thought I had it on tight enough but I didn’t tighten it a lot because of my hands & my grip aren’t like they use to be & trying to get the lid off of my Stanley cup is very hard because it creates a suction sometimes & I didn’t want it to be very hard for me to get off on her cup so I didn’t tighten it real tight, well, I do now since that incident. Anyway, she loves the cup & it’s working out great.

Love these, only downfall is they are pretty heavy for a toddler

Love that it' easy to clean and every part is dishwasher safe! My daughter absolutely loves it, and loves the mermaid design. I really love the mermaids are in multiple skin tones. Actually spill proff, silicone bottom makes it quieter and less easy to knock over, and the convertable straw/sip style top is convenient. Will definitely buy this brand again!
