The handle isn't long enough and won't stay attached to the basket. That ends up with the basket of ground falling off and making a complete mess. The basket is fine but without a decent handle is fairly useless.

The product didn’t come with the scoop. I’m keeping the filter. No returning the item for the scoop. I’ll use what I am using now at home. The filter is worth purchasing.

I ordered a referb cuisinart coffee maker because I like the brand but I'm also cheap lol. It came with paper inserts which led me to this. I've had few coffee machines over the years, last one a kitchenaid and have always used gold inserts. Only comparison on this from last is its thin material. So I'm wondering how many uses I'll get before it breaks. Brewed a few pots so far, filters well and cleans easy. Only time will tell how many uses I'll get. Anyway decent for the price

So glad at didn't to the 'Big W' and pay $29.99 for it ! Only hiccup is the little handle kept popping off so I just tossed it. Works just fine !

This came cracked and does not fit my coffee maker at all. I have a Cuisinart coffee maker. The model number was listed. I had this filter Since I got the coffee maker around 2012. I loved it but finally had to replace it. This one is a completely different shape. You can see on the photos. Very disappointed. It was also just thrown in a box with a piece of plastic around it. The photos show a comparison of my old and this one. You can see the new one is goldish. Beware.

Arrived oval shaped but rounded out once inserted into coffee pot, however handle falls out making it hard to dump the used grounds without a mess
