The product box was not in a good condition, and the cup itself looked really old and dusty, it had a weird smell to it as well.Main issue for the refund i made was the rubber rim of the lid, it was torn and with a few uses would snap.Very disappointing quality.Do not recommend this product.

I love this and use it every day for my drink mixes. It's the perfect size to add in some crushed ice with 12 oz of my drink. It comes with three straws and a few little brushes to keep them clean. It's a good value for what you get and is really good quality. The cup and straws are made of glass so I feel this will last me for a long time.
