This works really well
I keep this on hand. My medication keeps my bowels backed up, and this stuff helps relieve the pain of constipation. Its a good size bottle for the price.

Take with caution- when I take a dose of 1/2 the cup they provide - it doesn’t kick in right away. When I take a full cup - I spend the day on the toilet. So plan your day before doing a full cup
