Very very worst product not working and not support for service center very don't buy

We just moved into our new home, and were looking to equip our kitchen without cluttering it with too many appliances. A friend recommended that she buy the Airfusion OTG air fryer after buying one for herself and insisted we get it too. Initially, we were hesitant. We had heard of a Rotisserie OTG and heard of an Airfryer. But we never heard of an OTG airfryer!!! She gave us an amazing demo after which we purchased it immediately! This compact yet feature-loaded appliance has freed up so much space for us with its compact and sleek design. We regularly make toast, muffins, French fries, kebabs, and even restaurant-quality chicken tikka using the rotisserie spit. It’s so easy to use that cooking has become a fun activity for both of us. If you’re setting up a new kitchen, this is a must-have. Highly recommend to all shoppers!

As a health coach, I'm all about oil-free cooking, and the Air Fuzion Oven Airfryer nails it! It uses 96% less oil, and the food comes out crispy and delicious. The pre-set menus are super helpful for my busy lifestyle. I can cook everything from grilled veggies to perfectly baked healthy cakes. It’s very spacious and I can cook a decent amount of food for my fam at one go. The various accessories are so helpful in getting the proper texture. My favourite is Skewer rack to grill vegetables. The rotisserie function is a must if you are a foodie and eat large quantities of food but without all the fat or oil. Paneer tikka, corn on cob, aloo tikkis and many other snacks come out very well. Also it’s so easy to clean up afterward.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this product. The drum on the unit I purchased stopped rotating within six months, and eventually, the machine wouldn't even power on. I contacted the manufacturer for repairs, but I was only able to communicate via chatbot—there was no way to speak with a real person. Although the issue should have been covered under the one-year warranty, the technician charged me 400 rupees. The repair itself was minimal. The technician simply opened the lid and tested the power supply. It appeared to be a loose connection, as the machine started working again after the cord was shaken. I expect the problem will return soon. I would like to file a complaint with the manufacturer, but since the only contact option is the chatbot, I cannot reach an actual representative. Overall, both the product quality and customer service were extremely poor. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

Pros First - Saved space and money - bake cookies, grill paneer, and even roast a whole chicken on the rotisserie spit. The versatility is what I love the most – Switch from baking to air frying with just a touch of a button. Initially, a bit of trial and error to get the settings just right, especially for baking. But once I figured it out, I’ve been making everything from grilled sandwiches to perfectly crispy wedges. The dehydrate function is perfect for converting extra herbs like coriander, mint, and palak into dry powder. I’ve even made beetroot and carrot powder and used them as natural coloring and flavoring agents for cakes, parathas, soups, and even milkshakes!!! It’s such a game-changer – price is really good, Pigeon products are always great on pricing; its multi-function ability reduces the need for multiple appliances. Super easy to clean. Cons: People don’t believe in its capabilities!

No proper manual with all details. They didn't explain what touch option is for what. Door is very tight does not open without screw driver
