Idk how to rate this because it’s not like the product is bad necessarily but I learned my lesson. Walmart freeze dried fruit actually melts and can be eaten - my 9 month old can eat them, but these!? He struggles which is unfortunate. Diarrhea virus means we can’t eat fruit so I get these and they’re difficult. 🤪 I’ll be going back to Walmart.

I had no idea these existed. Delicious, light as air, very crunchy but not hard on your teeth, just100 calories per bag. They come in handy mid a.m. or p.m. along with a little protein to help me wait until until mealtime. They do not cause a spike in my blood sugar. They are so good and crunchy. The possible downsides are they leave a bit of goo in your teeth when you're done chewing, not a lot. I wasn't expecting that. If you want to save a few and squeeze all the air out of the bag and zip lock back up, they get soggy fast. But we live in tropics so I'm not surprised here. Solution: eat whole bag.
