This is 100% Japanese Wheat and no maida in these noodles.
Item as described. Yesterday we made this for lunch, This is the Real Japanese Wheat Noodles. Quality is very good. I love this brand of noodles. I was pleasantly surprised to find them on Amazon. Will buy again Without hesitation, go for it because the taste, quality, and overall experience are all excellent.

Real Authentic Japanese Noodles (Made in Japan)
This is the first noodles I found in Indian market which are authentic Japanese Udon which is actually made in Japan. I was surprised to see that this product is recommended by Kikkoman (A Japanese Legend) and also promoted by Japanese Government.Good taste and great product overall.
