I have medium length hair that I am growing back out and have been working on building a good hair care routine for, which is why I decided to order this Amaxy hair oil. So first off I have to say this oil smells super good, but it is a bit strong, and very floral if you're sensitive to that. It does wear off over time though at least. However, it works really well, after using it my hair feels very soft and moisturized, and I have a bit less frizz which is nice. It doesn't leave my hair feeling weighed down or greasy. The oil comes in individual little bead things which I haven't seen since like the early 2000s, I'm used to just getting a bottle of oil and dispensing little bits at a time. The glass jar that it comes with looks nice and I like that I could reuse it for something else later when the oil is gone. Overall, I do really like this product and I do recommend it to others.

Once again I fell for an influencer who raved about a product that didn’t give the glowing results that she claimed. It doesn’t even smell that great. It did absolutely nothing for my hair!

My hair is dry as straw, and I figured this is a good time to try out this AMAXY oil. Upon opening the box I was expecting to find a tub of product, not separate little pod-thingies. The way these are packaged in these soft-gels was a surprise. Kind of a novelty but for all I know this is how it's done these days. I immediately loved the scent. I normally prefer unscented products as scent is a chemical and the less chemicals the better, but it is what it is. The instructions are simple - apply to towel damp hair, comb through, do not rinse - nothing unusual there. Since my hair is SO dry and I have very thick hair I decided to use two. Ultimately that will mean a jar will only last half as long as suggested but I am a special case. These seem to work as well if not a little better than a typical hair oil. I was not disappointed and my hair definitely had more bounce and body and less frizz than if I'd skipped this step, but perhaps they perform only slightly better than the normal frizz control hair oil I usually employ. I like these. I like the pretty glass jar and the unorthodox "pods" work well. They are rather expensive, so I can't say with total confidence that this is a product I will repurchase at the current price, but I will use all of these up over the winter. They work.

You know how candy jars with pieces of hard candy cement together to become one big glob after they've been sitting for a while? Well, that's what these oil beads do. So it was fun trying to peel them away from each other without bursting the bead. While I like the idea of a controlled sized-out portion to reduce waste, my hair is pretty long so I wish the beads were a little bit bigger. One bead is barely enough, but two beads is too much. I did, however, work with one bead as best as I could. My hair feels soft and conditioned, and the frizz has been tamed down. I like the way my hair feels and smells. The oil smells a bit on the spicy side, which was unexpected, but rather pleasant. It's very expensive for what it does, though. Think of it this way: if you removed the oil from each bead and pooled it all together, how big of a bottle do you think you would have? A much, much smaller container than this comes in, that's for sure. I think you're paying more for the packaging and presentation of this, rather than for the actual product.

This oil is an excellent product for anyone looking to nourish and strengthen their hair. The 30 capsules are super convenient, and each one is packed with just the right amount of oil to deeply hydrate and repair dry, damaged hair. I’ve noticed my hair feels softer, stronger, and more moisturized after just a few uses. It works wonders on all hair types, and I love how it’s absorbed quickly without leaving any greasy residue. The vitamin oil formula is rich and effective at improving hair texture and health. While it’s a bit on the pricier side, the results are definitely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and easy way to improve the health and appearance of their hair!

I didn't know it contained silicones when I ordered it, so when I saw the ingredients I proceeded with caution. There is nothing necessarily wrong with silicones, but my hair typically does not respond well to it. I used a dimethicone deep conditioner one time and my hair was horrendous for a solid week until it all washed out. But I know I've used other ones in the past that have made my hair feel amazing, so I'm not sure how to feel about it! Theses little capsules are very convenient and keep everything contained so there is no messy oil everywhere. I decided to apply it to my mostly wet hair after my regular argan oil. I put about half a capsule to start. It does have a very strong floral smell, but I didn't really mind it. I let my hair dry natural and put my regular curl gel as it dried. My hair definitely feels amazing after it dried 100%. Most of the fragrance faded away, but when I woke up this morning my hair still smelled really good. Not like when I first applied it, but just a fresh scent, which I love. My hair so frizz free, soft and shiny, and I haven't even put my usually shine oil in. I am tempted to use it every day, but I may just either use a small amount or only use it every few days.
