I really tried to like this unit, but after so many weird things happen with it, and having no luck with the customer service I gave up. Never got the CAN bus connection to work even though I ordered the adapter from the factory, so back up camera, never worked automatically, I had to push multiple buttons each time I backed up to see the rear view. Steering wheel controls never worked, tried chatting to tech support through email and all they wanted to do was fight. They we so not helpful!! The unit is very attractive, and the screen is very nice, the sound quality is substandard, and hearing telephone calls is difficult and needed a change in the EQ settings each time a call came in or out. Then back to a different profile for music. All in all if you really love pushing buttons, then this is the unit for you. to me it was too frustrating to use and not of very good quality. Also the after sales support was horrible. I replaced the unity this weekend with a JVC KWZ 1000 and the difference is night and day!! Sound quality is stunning and everything works just as it should. The JVC is a finished product, the Joying unfortunately is not.

I’m sorry, but it was really cool at first. The functionality just did not cut it. Constant glitching and it would change the time at its own leisure So every time I try to go to a website, it told me that I had to update my date and time which was extremely frustrating. Many of the features did not work as described. I sent it back and will update the review to five stars, once I receive my refund.
