LOVE These Knives!
I love these handy, sharp little knives. This is the second set I’ve ordered. The first set went with a large selection of cheeses and sausages to my vet’s office as a Christmas present. Mine have stayed sharp so far, but at this price, if they ever dull, I’ll just order another set.

Perfect for...
great for peeling apples and pears... shorter narrow blades are easy to control so you keep more fruit and that's a good thing with todays prices. The red ones are easy to find in a cluttered space and the blade was sharp and took well to being stropped.... slides under the apple peel perfectly... enjoy!

Decent grip, decently sharp, cheap small knives
Great for fruit, eggs and easy cuts. You get what you pay for. Lasted about 3 years before the plastic started chipping near the blade on the underside. Sharpened them once during that time to give them a boost in cutting power. No rust on the visible blade, but where the plastic broke away we found some rust.

I love these small paring knives. That are just the right size. I received green ones instead of red but they work the same!

Finally found these again.....
They are very small knives, but we use them for 101 one things in addition to paring and garnishing. If someone in the house takes a meal on a tray, they are easier to transport than heavy stainless knives and are quite sharp and cut food on the plate very well. We’ve used these for years and haven’t been able to find new ones to replace older ones until now.Price good, arrived quickly, work well.......just as I expected. But I do recommend that shoppers think of them as mini paring knives.
