Comfortable and soft but you have to play music on a very low volume or it'll be audible to those around you.

The mask is nice. I like the padding on the eye area which keeps the outter material of the mask off your eyes. I have long eyelashes and often have trouble with eye masks uncomfortably pushing against my eye lashes so the padding was a really nice feature. I did not have any trouble getting the Bluetooth to connect but I did have issues with the speakers. So here’s the thing. They are speakers, not headphones. They don’t go in your ear, so the sound is not isolated to your ear. So if you wanna listen to some sleep music, you have to turn them up decently high. Well the audio sorta bleeds out the sides because they are speakers. So the first night I tried to use them they kept my wife awake and I had to turn them off. I lowered the volume until she couldn’t hear it… but then neither could I. I still use them every night, however I just use them as a very comfy eye mask, and use a pair of Bluetooth headphones instead of the speakers. If you sleep alone they would Probally be perfect but they are a little too noisy to use with a partner.

So, I'll start with the good aspects of the product. The mask is comfortable and well padded. It has raised cupping around the eyes to prevent light from getting in. Also, there's extra cushions around the nose so you don't get gaps there that let's light in as well. All very nice for a total blackout. The sound is pretty clear for just being two little speakers and it's easy to set up on your Bluetooth. The charge lasts for about 9 hours, and it recharges very quickly. Here's the problems. The back strap is cheap velcro. It works great for about 3 nights and then you're out of luck. I improved and clamped a permanent button on mine. Secondly, I bought two, neither will charge beyond 80%. It doesn't matter how long they are on the charger. The pause, play, skip, etc buttons are directly on the front of the mask so be careful not to touch your forehead. Some people might find that the speakers are uncomfortable, I don't mind them, but if you are a side sleeper, you can feel them, so keep it in mind. And your ears aren't going to line up with the speakers unless you tighten them down, and that flimsy velcro is NOT going to hold on for more than a day or two. So plan ahead. So over all, they're not bad, but like I said, definitely a lot of things that need be changed. Just don't spend too much on them and you'll get a good deal.
