I am writing to report an issue with a recent order I received. I purchased a set of false eyelashes that were advertised as self-adhesive and not requiring glue. However, upon receiving the package, I found that the product was damaged and unusable. The adhesive on the eyelashes was completely dry, and they did not stick at all. Additionally, the included glue (if any) was completely dried out and ineffective. This made the entire set unusable. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in processing a full refund or a replacement for this item, as it did not meet the advertised expectations and arrived in poor condition. I have ordered 6 of them from this time and 5 from other. Each packet glue was dry and sandy. I didnt even touch them and they fell off the pacage. I have no idea if I am just unlucky with this batch. I used to use them alot and never had an issue until now. All in all from 13 pacages purchased in total , 2 were good to be used.

No se si fue mala suerte, pero muy pocas extensiones se lograron pegar. Son de muy fácil uso, pero el pegamento es un volado.

Love these Lashes. Really impressed with the wear time. They say 24-hour wear, but for me on average they last 3 days. Quick and easy application, natural look, good value. I buy these lashes all the time now and highly recommend them.
