THE REAL DEAL, PACKAGED WELL AND COOKS UP NICELY
This dal comes super vacuum-packed and looks intimidating to open, but it's packaged in such a way that you just cut it open at the top, and the moment you do, the packaging relaxes. I transferred the contents to a half-gallon mason jar, and it all fit in with the exception of a cup's worth. The dal itself cooks up beautifully and if prepared properly comes ou nice and creamy.
