I brew it the same as I do any other coffee. Drip, French press, Keurig. It is the best coffee I have ever had. I started drinking it in 2008 in Honduras on I mission trip. I went back 10 times and I always brought many packages of coffee home with me. I am so happy to still be able to buy it.

I bought this I think in August and it has an expiration date In February 2019.

The label says coffee and sugar. Caffeine amounts are not given but the nutritional information indicates 5 grams of sugar per serving. Serving size is 2 Tbsp. No information about processing is given on the package.

Actually it does not have sugar in it. The beans are coated with honey from locally sourced hives prior to drying and toasting. The natural sweetness is a by product. Those of us who know this coffee, appreciate this bean infused flavor.
