Expensive but they’re really the best. Super comfortable, blocks all the green and blues, you will start to feel drowsy before bed even if using phone or laptop.

Los llevo usando unas semanas y ayudan bastante antes de dormir, son muy relajantes para la vista aunque si toma tiempo acostumbrarse a ellos. La calidad no es muy buena, son de plástico pero no he tenido ningún problema con ellos.

Very pricey but its amazing at the light that it blocks out. I put them on while watching tv or reading and get the light contact from my eyes and within 15-20 minutes I'm usually yawning. If you care about your sleep and are having trouble with it I would absolutely say get a pair of these. They're the best of any that I've ever wore for removing different wavelengths of light.

If you have used cheap blocking glasses in the past - brace yourself. These are seriously next level. Yes, they are quite spendy but wow. You know those blue indicator lights on things like washing machines etc? Yeah - I put these on and those completely disappear. I will say that watching something online with these on is a bit 'different' because of the spectrum blocking. Oh well. These are also comfortable to wear, and the sides block out stray light well. Highly recommend. TrueDark's are what other blocking glasses wish they were.

I've tried a few blue light glasses and generally been scammed thus far. This is my fourth pair of glasses that purport to block light for sleep, but the first I've ever tried that actually do it. The build quality is definitely bad imo, don't get me wrong. The arm of the glasses doesn't fit quite right and won't open all the way and it feels cheap like it's about to break. I don't care about the looks of the shades themselves. The packaging is really nice, the collapsible case they come with is primo. The lenses do genuinely block blue and green light, as I expected red lenses with the right filter coatings to do. It's crazy to see compared to the cheap dogshit fake ones that are very popular on amazon, of which I bought several. Search for "blue light test image" and find something with black and blue mixed together. If the glasses actually are blocking blue, then the image would look all black. Same goes for green in this case since they block both (most amber/orange colored lens sleep glasses only block blue). There are a ton of ways to see the blue blocking effect but until you see it for real it can be hard to know what to expect, and therefore very easy to fall for literal rose colored glasses that don't block jack tldr it's harder than you might think to find actual blue/green blocking sleep glasses, but these ones actually do work which helps offset the price and build quality
