I liked the book very much, because simple language is used and the stories are understandable for everyone without prior knowledge, although there are also a few more complicated, because protracted stories, such as the cave allegory or the prodigal son. The short stories are also ideal as read-aloud stories for children.The use of appropriate rhetorical devices and the occasional open-ended interpretations encourage reflection and philosophizing, which ultimately leads to the stories as well as their message sticking.Overall, I think it is a successful book that conveys timeless wisdom and insight and can be read holistically as well as successively.
