Good price and helps around the garden
I use this in the garden, keeps slugs at bay. I did have hens and we never had any problems with thin shells. Would be easy to recommend for other garden jobs.

This is the great stuff to put around plants that are susceptible to slug damage, I have used this for years and grow hostas, never any problem with slug damage, great stuff

Good product but I chose wrong grit size..
Good value for money but I chose the wrong grit size and have had to grind the oyster-shell down to suit my hens.

Pieces of shell were bigger than expected so not good for my bantams. Probably fine for normal size chickens
