My initial impression of these was pretty good: They dissolve easily in the mouth, and taste pretty good. Not 'as good as candy' good, but much better than some other melatonin pills I've had. I found the effects similar to other melatonin pills of similar dosage as well. However, while these pills helped me fall asleep, they didn't help me stay asleep as well as some other brands. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but when I switched to this brand, I found myself waking up early with a headache more often. That's still better than not being able to fall asleep, but it's not my favorite.

These 10mg Melatonin are a godsend. There are 120 Fast dissolve tablets, so about 2 months worth. They have a great berry flavor, and are small and smooth textured. These Melatonin tablets also have Vitamin B6, and are Gluten free and Non GMO. The quality is great, and they work every time I need them, while tasting good!I recommend these.

Very nice berry scent, faint berry taste, caps were hard, some resistance to chew, so not fast dissolving in mouth, maybe fast dissolving in stomach. No seal over cap, but a foil seal under the cap. It did not make me sleepy. Was wide awake for hours after taking.

Definitely help with relaxing for sleep have a little chalky taste but nothing really bad easy to use

Works well. Tastes fine. These are great for when I need help falling asleep.
