Works very well but in first month of buying it rust start appearing on the lid, however the seller got in touch straight after understood for the problem and replaced the kettle for free and without any inconvenience on returning processing. Initially I was disappointed but quite happy with how quick, easy and responsive the seller actioned- products give defects. Because of this response giving 5 stars
