I'm a very long time BT headset user and usually gravitate to the mainstream names like Bose, Plantronics, etc. I was asked to try this headset so I bought a pair. I really liked the 10 hour run time spec but honestly wasn't expecting too much for this price. In a word, excellent value! They came packaged nicely, complete with 4 different ear tip sizes and types. These aren't active noise cancelling but are the noise blocking type headphone as the ear buds seal in your ear canals (if you choose the size to allow this) and blocks out most all outside noises. Here's the nice part, when fit headsets this way, then any movement of cables will be transmitted to your ears (microphonic transmission) which can be VERY annoying. This set has thin and flexible cords to the ear buds so sounds aren't transmitted to your ears, I have tried several other headsets where this was terrible. I can honestly say that this headset is a pleasure to wear, since the batteries are in the neckband, the ear buds are small, light, and comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that these also have voice prompts for power on/off/pairing/low battery which is always helpful in a headset. Range was easily on par with my other headsets. I used these with my iPhoneX as well as with my Samsung TV's BT output for night listening. The more sealed into your ear canal, the better the bass response. If they are not fit well, they can be all treble, good for podcasting but take time to fit for best music listening. Lastly, I found that I liked to first put the neckband on with the right earbud on my left, then cross the wires when inserting into my ears, this gave me a better fit with the slack wire, just personal preference.

Update: Excellent Customer ServiceThe seller was quick in helping the customers. They immediately sent me a replacement one and it turned out to be fine. Looks like the inventory of this product was messed up and some how few people received wrong items. But the seller was so prompt in resolving the issue. I have to say I’m surprised by how good the quality is for this headset and how well it was packaged. This headphone is easy to use and the User manual included is very detailed and easy to understand.The headset is light-weight and fits perfectly around my neck. I try exercise with it and it stills sits on my neck perfectly without any discomfort. The small earbud fits my ear pretty well and won’t cause any pressure inside the ear.So far this is the best light-weight headset I’ve ever had. I've been listening to my music with it for hours now. The sound is rich and clear when I played my Adele album. It also survived the full blast of my Avenged Sevenfold!Truly a high quality headphone. Definitely recommended to all my friends.

Product worked for the first two months then one of the buds stopped working. Bluetooth is a little confusing as you never know if you are actually disconnecting from your device. I had a hard time receiving a signal when my phone was in my pocket. Contacted the Amazon store and they were very apologetic and sent me out a new pair. When the new pair arrived, they were wired headphones, and so cheap, you could barely hear sound out of them. Once again I contacted their customer support, once again they apologized and once again they sent me out the same wrong pair. Although the long battery life sounds great, The attached photo is the wrong pair I received twice from the seller. I'm not really sure they're worth the hassle.UPDATE: Just received the wrong item again today, that's 0/3, pretty sure they've got a box of these in the back they're throwing in a box and shipping to me. This has become a seller problem, or fulfillment problem, who knows, but I've moved on.
