No plastic seal on package when it arrived. Upon opening lid the seal on bottle was half open. One empty capsule inside with the other full capsules and no freshness package inside which the bottle says it should have one. Really suspicious. Tried to make a replacement or return but it's not eligible. Anyone else have this problem?
