So I had to take the time to write this review, because buying this product along with imnocitol has made a huge difference in my daughters life. My 16 year old has suffered from depression the last three years, this year has been difficult, a friend took his life and she because severely depressed. I took her to the doctor who put her on anti-depressants (Zoloft to be exact) she became highly suicidal and three weeks ago she took a bottle of pills. 5 days in the hospital and this was the scariest situation I have been in. My daughter swears that the mediation affected her mind set!! I bright her home, she was going to counseling but we decided to take her off any RX. Someone recommended this product to me. I looked it up and decided to give it a shot. I give her one pill in the morning and one imnocirol at night. We are entering week 3 and OMG!! My daughter is a completely different child. She is happier, less stressed, she is sleeping 8 hours, she is focused and slowly getting back to her normal self. She says these pills have really made a difference. If I would have known anti-depressants made my daughter highly suicidal I would never have given them to her. I thank God for this product because I see the difference. I call it my "Angel on the shoulder" supplement. It's made my ocd calm down a little bit. Ultimately it feels like a weighted blanket for my mind. The only reason I docked a star is it makes me sleepy. But maybe I should take it in the evening versus the morning.

After struggling for months and trying numerous pharmaceuticals in search of sleep, I discovered this while searching for naturopathic remedies. It was expensive, but got excellent reviews, and at this point I was willing to pay (almost) anything! Best. Decision. Ever. The very first night, I drifted off to sleep and stayed asleep for seven hours. Three nights now, and the same results-a solid 9 hours last night. 😊 No morning grogginess, just rested and ready for the day. I never want to be without this!

The hardest part of this is the price. It is expensive! I have been taking most of the ingredients on my own at some point or another, so I decided to try to blend my own version of this supplement for a lower price. It seemed to work better at first! I would always be put to sleep before I made it to bed. Eventually I began waking up when this wore off, just like with NeuroCalm - which is about 12:38 AM for some reason. I guess about 3½ hours after I take it. I have a strange response to taurine. Taurine is hailed as a great way to get sleep and relax. It can balance GABA with glutamate... but it also can cause a rebound effect. I began not being able to sleep thru the night with NeuroCalm, and when I began to blend my own version, it happened as well. I began to take another dose to fall back asleep just like NeuroCalm which I didn't like to do bc of the high price! This led to taurine backfiring on me, causing me to wake up more frequently and also interact with medications and other supplements (do clear it with your doctor). Not everyone is sensitive to glycine or taurine, but for some, it can cause frequent waking, anxiety, and panic attacks. I only took 500mg taurine which is close to what NeuroCalm has in it. This has happened before with taurine for me. It is sad for me bc a lot of people benefit. I wish i could. But once I quit taking NeuroCalm or trying to mimic it, my sleep improved a lot and I stopped having all those problems! Everyone is different, but. That is my experience.

I am using it right now for 2 weeks. I noticed that I feel so relaxed all the time, it makes me positive and my mood becomes good at all times. My anxiety reduced notably, my sleep is getting better. Because it helps to produce a serotonin then it will help to reduce Both OCD and stress level as well. Great supplement, I love this product.
