Excellent watch
I own a Scanwatch 1 which I’ve used for a long time and works brilliantly but purchased Scanwatch 2 as it has a new temperature feature. Both versions are excellent but the temperature featured is good for understanding food and sleep patterns. The watch lasts a long time depending on how you set up the watch. It lasted a lot longer than any Apple Watch and I haven’t found any other watched that does the same that last as long. The application that links to it is also very good out of all the watches out there for the price. It definitely has the most features of last the longest and at the end of the day looks like a normal watch. I would highly recommend to anyone

Value
Loving this watch gives me so many details I need while working out the ECG temp and everything it does is fantastic well worth the money and the battery for a hybrid is top notch 30 days even when I was using a lot playing with all the features.

A high quality build, traditional looking watch with smart functionality
This will appeal to people who like traditional styled watches, with a hardened steel case and a saphire screen this should also be very durable. I'm very pleased with the overall look of the watch. The next most obvious benefit is the battery life, although this seems to have it's foibles. The second time I charged it it took a couple of days to drop off 100%. The third time, it was down to high eighties after one day. It's as if you can charge it past 100%. None-the-less the second charge after two full weeks was down to 35%. So it looks like I'm going to get a week to ten days comfortably, which, after charging my iWatch every single day for many years is fantastic.I was disappointed with the strap, it's very thin and quite hard and gives a cheap feel. Luckily there are boat loads of replacement straps available for less than a tenner. I ordered a replacement after a day.The charger feels cheap too, but thankfully it doesn't get much use.The app is not perfect, not as slick as Apple, I've had several app crashes, some of the graphs will visibly glitch when viewed. So all in all not perfect, but still the best looking smart watch available and with the best battery life? Probably.

I almost never leave reviews, but this one deserves it!
I almost never leave reviews, but I had to this time because this watch is just so far off from what it claims to be.I’ve owned both Apple and Fitbit watches before — both were largely accurate and dependable. I also have a Withings scale, which (aside from never once managing to take a pulse reading — starting to see a pattern?) actually works fine. So I figured the ScanWatch 2 would be a nice upgrade. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing short of disappointing.First, the battery life. Withings claims up to 30 days. In the real world, I get 5–7 days at best — and that’s with light usage. I genuinely can’t imagine how 30 days would ever be possible. Then the heart rate monitor. It rarely takes readings, and when it does, they’re laughably inaccurate. I’ve seen it report a resting heart rate of 39 bpm (nope) and then spike to 139 bpm while I’m asleep. The step counter is just as bad. It only records movement when it detects consistent walking for at least a minute — which means if you’re gardening, moving around the house, or just being generally active but not “striding,” you can forget about it. My iPhone counts everything accurately; the ScanWatch records maybe a third of that. Then there’s sleep tracking, which is equally hopeless. It never registers REM sleep for me — although in a rare win it does notice when I drop off reasonably reliably.Add to that the “automatic exercise recognition” that insists I’m cycling for 30 minutes at random times (I’m not), and it’s almost comical. And the strap — honestly, it feels like an afterthought. Thin, flimsy, and barely up to the task of holding a heavy stainless steel body in place. It cheapens the whole thing. Finally, the app. Nearly every interesting or useful feature is hidden behind a paywall. For a premium-priced watch, that’s insulting. You pay a hefty price up front, only to discover that you need a subscription to unlock what you thought you were already buying. All in, I’m really disappointed in this watch. I wanted to like it — the hybrid design is a nice idea — but the execution is miles off. Between the inaccurate sensors, weak tracking, misleading battery claims, and constant upselling, this thing feels unfinished. Save your money and your patience — it’s just not worth it.

Fantastic Watch Plagued by Charging Issues
I bought this watch in August 2024. It looks fantastic, especially when fitted with a leather strap to make it look more like a dress watch. The tracking was decent enough for me, although it is known that the step counter is off and undercounts by quite a lot.Unfortunately I started to notice intermittant charging issues with the watch where it would say it is charging but then not change the percentage. This is a well known issue that has been discussed at length on the Withings website forums by many users. I tried factory resets and different chargers. Nothing seemed to stop the issue. Withings will still not do anything about this and just seem to ignore the issue. Ultimately I have had to return the watch via Amazon nearly a year later. Such a shame as I absolutely loved this watch.

Not as good as I was hoping it would be, hands hard to see, notifications don't last
The watch looks nice, works well, the app is good, ecg works... but just a few things that could definitly be much better.- Notifications show, but if you don't see them straight away then they are gone and no way to see latest - Goes into service screen when you lean on your hand and press the button for more than a few seconds- Can't see the hands at night, I turn the display off so that it doesn't light up when moving your arm but then you can't see the lumious hands as they are so dim.- Also step dial is hard to read, could do with a red dot or something as it's a bit useless as it is- More settings would be good, make display stay on for longer for exampleI was tempted to send this back but the long battery life was one of my main reasons for buying so it's still a good watch from that point of view.

Good watch one to consider
Good watch and the health features are good too. I would recommend this company.

The Smart Watch for People Who Don't Want a Smart Watch
I wanted fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and great battery life. I did not want a tiny smartphone glued to my wrist. The ScanWatch 2 is the perfect balance. It looks like a professional watch, not a piece of tech, but still tracks all the health and fitness data I actually care about. The battery life is phenomenal compared to traditional smartwatches, and I love not having to charge it every night.I've worn it to work, while biking, sleeping, and traveling, and it fits in everywhere. The best compliment I can give it is that I forget it's a smartwatch until I need it to be one.If you want health tracking without looking like you're preparing to receive mission updates from NASA, this watch is fantastic.
