Not worth it
Ordered this as a recommendation from my hairdresser. They don't hold on the head even when i followed the instructions provided. Impossible to sleep in them as they simply fall of the head and turn your sleep into nightmare. I don't think it's worth the hype.

curls dont hold
Quite easy to use not very comfortable to sleep in for me personally. The volume and curls you get are amazing but honestly they last like 10 mins, maybe using a hair spray would help though.

Not for me
I was hoping these would be an easy way to get curls overnight without using heat, but they didn’t really work for me. The foam roller itself is comfortable enough, but keeping it in place while sleeping was difficult and the results were not as good as expected.The curls came out uneven and didn’t hold for very long. They may work better depending on hair type and technique, but I found the process more awkward than using traditional styling methods.

Konnte mit anderen Methoden nie gut schlafen und damit ist es echt gemütlich, sogar auf dem rücken schlafen ist gemütlicher.
