I’ve been using this isometric exercise tool for a few weeks now, and it’s become one of my go-to items. It enables one to perform perfect Dynamic Flexation to ease into and out of any exercise in perfect form. As an exercise science researcher, I invented Dynamic Flexation, which I named many years ago. It is an essential technique that allows one to safely apply increasing force while assuming a correct biomechanical position to perform an isometric exercise and then reverse the technique to disengage from it afterwards. It was easy to perform Dynamic Flexation with a standard Iso-Bow; however, the Iso-Bow Pro takes this to the next level. Adding a simple yet effective 7 lbs (3.175 KG) intersection strap between each Iso-Bow handle allows the user to properly feel tension while applying Dynamic Flexation as they apply force in each exercise. LOVE this simple and portable way to exercise. I have had the earlier version of the bullworker for years and it has been great being able to keep it so readily accessible (it’s so compact!). You definitely want to take a little time to read the little booklet it comes with, its quick to learn and once you know, it becomes such a versatile way to exercise, I primarily use it to stretch and build my upper body strength. Being a dad of 4 and traveling, I just bring it everywhere I go and get a workout whenever I can since it’s so easy to keep near. Decided to get this Bullworker Pro and as soon as I opened it, it just feels like real quality, the other one I have is strong and is basically like the day I brought it but THIS new one, wow. It has grips that feel really good and just overall feels like a luxury product. Looking forward to using it for years to come. I have been so jazzed to have it this week I even had my wife take a few action shots!

Iso-Bow-Pro is well made and seems durable. It's over-priced. It should be $10. I purchased the Iso-Bow based on the reviews and the Bullworker claims. I tried it and found it pretty much useless. I don't think you can expect much results from this gimmick of a workout. I think if you are very old, disabled or whatever that will prevent you from doing traditional exercise, this might be for you.

I’ve been wanting to get back into fitness recently but didn’t know how to make the plunge. I’m not much of a gym person and prefer calisthenics and other things I can do at home. The Bullworker was recommended to me by a family member and I was eager to try it out. One thing I immediately liked about it was the fact that it is not intimidating and is meant for all bodies. It’s small and easily transportable, I keep it in the box. It’s pretty straightforward and the photos and instructions in the booklet are easy to follow. It relies on how much effort you can and want to put into it and it starts you off slowly. How tough you want to make the exercise is up to you, as is how long you’d like to work out. Within a few weeks I can already feel and notice a difference, mostly in my arms and upper body, that’s where I’ve been focusing. It’s also so great to stretch with, and I use it before and sometimes after going on runs. Truthfully, I use it to stretch before bed as well and have found I sleep much more soundly when I do. It’s more versatile than I thought it would be and is definitely worth the money. I didn’t have any expectations with the Bullworker, but if I had, it would’ve exceeded them in performance, quality, and the results. If you’re looking for something to get you back into working out without a commitment to a gym, I think you’ll find this as helpful and useful as I have. I mean, it’s a whole body workout that fits in a tiny box! Worth every penny.

I am very impressed with this piece of equipment! I have bought a handful of items to work on overcoming isometrics, and surprisingly this simple strap is my favorite and the one I use the most. well made, comfortable to use, and a very good value

A bit gimmicky, not much to it. Nylon strap and handle feel a bit lower quality, but more than ample for what the exercises require. I'm adding this to my travel workout kit, along with resistance bands and a cheap suspension trainer. I did get a surprisingly good pump from it.

Schnelle Lieferung, wie immer 👍 Nun, das Gerät erfüllt seinen Zweck, keine Frage. Was stört, ist das entsetzliche Knarren der Gurte an den Griffen, wenn das Band sich darin unter Belastung bewegt. Ich habe mir nun zwei Zugriffe aus gleichem Material eines anderen Trainingsgerätes zusammengehakt, damit klappt es genauso, nur ohne das Knarren. Hätte ich die Verpackung nicht vorschnell entsorgt, wäre der Iso-Bow zurückgegangen.

Love the item, that elastic in the middle works better than I thought, great exercise manual included, bargain for 19.99. Great stretches and pumps from something this small. Just buy it.

Exactly as described. Durable and comfortable grip. I use reading glasses but I don't think the booklet is too small, it's laminated and easy to use.

Though they are little too pricey for what they are, still I think well spent. I am happy with what I could do with them. It is really easy to carry them around. I recommend this product.

Love this. Great for deep stretches and a convenient alternative when you can’t make it to the gym. Easy to travel with, comes with a manual to get you started, and there are plenty of YouTube videos to follow. I use it every day for stretching — it’s the best.
