Slimpal Portable Heating Pad, FSA Eligible Period Heat Pad for Cramp Relief

I absolutely love this heating pad! I honestly can't believe I didn't know these existed sooner. It starts warming up almost immediately and gives me relief when my cramps are at their worst. One of my favorite features is that you can adjust the heat to different levels depending on what feels best. I also really like the timer, so I don't have to worry about turning it off, and the vibration feature makes a huge difference for me when I'm trying to get through the workday. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear, and easy to take with me wherever I go. The battery lasts a long time, so I don't have to constantly recharge it. If you deal with menstrual cramps, I definitely think this is one of those things that's worth having on hand.

If you suffer from endometriosis or terrible cramps in general you need this in your life! Trust! I have bought one for myself and all 3 of my daughters! Here are the highlights: *You can walk around with it underneath your clothes and it is completely hidden, with a looser shirt. So you can even wear it to work if you have a full charge beforehand. *With the flexibility of the elastic belt, it adjusts to fit all sizes, and I mean all! (Half of the extra belt left to expand on a 3xl) *You can make it tighter so it even applies pressure to provide extra relief, if that helps you. *It get hot really fast and the temperature can go really high. *It might not be comfortable on bare skin to all, I have a C-section scar from many years ago that gets annoyed when things touch it, so I need to wear the belt over yoga/lounge pants, instead of under them, like my girls can. I would add this as period present for any young person right at the start, so they can avoid ever experiencing the horrible pains that so many of us have to deal with.

Just doesn’t get got enough for me. Battery life on high is only 20-30 min approximately. Size is good, belt is adjustable for small to medium frame at best. Has a nice soft fabric on side that touches cloths / skin. Would be decent if you have low/mild cramps or discomfort or mild back pain and are traveling. Temperature adjustability: Low temp setting is worthless. Medium setting is a touch warmer. Would be great if only the high setting actually got a good bit hotter on those rough days... Won’t feel any temp if you’re wearing it on top of cloths unless it’s on high. I’m sure they can’t make the device any hotter for safety reasons and fear of being sued for burns. Definitely hotter than stick on period patches that I’ve tried. I was hope to find something that can travel in the car with me and be great for all levels of pain, not just very mild days. Pretty sure you wouldn’t be able to take it on a plane…. I’ll stick with a hot water bottle. Just not worth keeping for me.

I bought this to help with my period cramps and it works so well. I love that it’s portable and I don’t have to heat anything up in the microwave. I also love the timer so I can go to bed with it and not worry about running down the battery.

I love it so much ,I’ll get the best relief when it’s on the highest level and the vibration kind of makes my cramps worse but I know I helps my friends who has one ! It works really well and it’s super easy to use,Me personally wouldn’t use the timer because I just need to have it on all day but the timer does work well! The waist does adjust so that’s really good but I do wish I was able to make it tighter instead .I have nothing bad to say at all ,my last one stopped charging so they sent a replacement and it charges with no problem at all ! I know we all experience pain differently but the highest heat level will help with the cramps so much for me🫶🏾It’s so comfortable,I want to walk around with it on just for the fun of it Update: I keep it in my tote bag with a few pads because you either start too early or too late so if I’ll get my cycle unexpectedly so it’s good to just carry around even when you don’t need it,A close friend might!. Still working perfectly fine and no problems 🥰

Charge it for 4, 5 hours.. use it for 10 mins. Plug it back in 'cause it'll need recharged. During that 10 mins, I have it on the highest setting... and the temp is less than luke-warm. Unbelievable. With the money, Slimpal is making, they should call themselves 'HeavyIaintyourpal.'

This little heating pad is hands down one of my most used and favorite purchases! I use it all the time. Cramps or just back pain. The battery life is long lasting and I love that the heat settings actually give off real heat! The band is stretchy and soft on skin. I've recommended to multiple friends and family who all love it as much as I do!

Lo quería para calentarme la tripa cuando estoy durmiendo (sufro de hipotermia en invierno, y el intestino se me paraliza si no tengo suficiente calor). Tenía otros modelos lumbales (fajas de calentamiento), pero todas tenían el mismo problema: a los 30 minutos, se desconectaban y dejaban de calentar. Este puedes tenerlo toda la noche (salvo que actives el temporizador). Antes tengo que aclarar, que éste vendedor tiene varios modelos a la venta, Y NO TODOS SON IGUALES), ojo a este dato, porque muchos clientes dicen que no les dura la batería suficiente. El aparato que yo he comprado, tiene una batería de 2500mAh (es el de mayor autonomía), y éste modelo me dio 10h continuas de calor en la potencia más baja (led verde), 7h en la potencia segunda (LED azul), la tercera potencia (morado), es menos de 7h, y la máxima potencia (rojo) no la he probado nunca, pues nunca suelo dormir con la máxima potencia (es demasiado calor para mi). Normalmente duermo con la Azul o Morada (2° o 3° potencias), da suficiente calor sin llegar a quemarte. Por otra parte, es muy ligero, y ocupa muy poco espacio. Se carga en 2h aproximadamente. Nota: aunque los botones están hundidos en éste modelo (para evitar pulsarlos accidentalmente), yo les he puesto una chapa protectora, para evitar pulsarlos accidentalmente mientras duermo, (al moverme dentro de la cama). Recomiendo éste modelo concreto que he comprado, por su gran autonomía. Llevo usándolo ya 1 semana todas las noches, y no he tenido ningún problema. Soy hombre. A mi me sirve para mí hipotermia por las noches. Abulta poco, y cuando me muevo mientras duermo, no noto un bulto como (antes cuando usaba una faja calefactora USB).

Love this thing so much. Works great. Heats up quick and holds a charge for quite awhile. Definitely recommend.

Muy ruidoso, poco potente

Un salvavita😅 ho preso il modello con quattro livelli di calore, quattro livelli di vibrazione e programmazione da 1,2,3 h. Lo uso tutti i mesi per i dolori mestruali e mi capita anche di indossarlo programmandolo per rimanere acceso per 1/2 h. Al livello 1 di calore si riesce ad indossarlo anche a diretto contatto con la pelle, ma dal 2 livello in su, direi di no. Mi è capitato di usarlo al livello 4 solo quando indossavo una tuta molto pesante, se no solitamente i livelli 2/3 sono quelli che uso dì piu. La cosa positiva è che si scalda in 10 secondi ed a livello medio dura 6/8 ore. La vibrazione boh, non la trovo utilissima per me per i dolori menstruali, ma ok per un dolore muscolare alla schiena. La chiusura è ottima, non rischia di slacciarsi per sbaglio e sotto una maglia larga non si vede molto.
